OPTION A
Duration:
10 months. Includes a minimum of 3 physical training sessions per week, Monday to Saturday.

Description:
Training of technical and tactical work, combat situations, opposition semi-free ( oriented ) and analysis of combat video.

Target:
Build a strong and trusting relationship with the athlete. Adapt the athlete based on their own merits and develop. Discuss progress in various aspects of the competition: technical, physical, tactical and psychological. Planning to achieve the best form ahead of the competition.
