The Main Theatre welcomes the Sports Gala, distinguished himself in this edition to 235 Majorcan athletes to 16 years than the previous season on the podium at national and international competitions

Un año más, Majorcan sport was dressed to reward their young champions. The Consell celebrate the thirteenth edition again in the Teatre Principal de Palma who was thrilled with the presence of young people in the past year took the name of the island to the privileged positions of the respective modalities, both nationally and internationally.

Were represented at the ceremony a total of sports federations, emphasizing participation, first , Territorial Boxing and Mallorcan presenciadetresdelosdeportistas most prominent worldwide: Marga Crespí, Olympic medalla, European and world in synchronized swimming; Sete Benavides, medalist in European and global, and Olympic in London; y Brigitte Yagüe, the best taekwondo history and since outdoes his career with three world titles, an Olympic silver medals and several continental.
Among the federations present, Gymnastics in the respective modalities trampoline, rhythmic and artistic was the most awarded to grab distinctions. The awards received Canoe; that of Riding; Cycling the; Skating the; and Sport for People with Disabilities.

Another emotional highlight as the ceremony coincided with the delivery of the Consell de Mallorca awards to individuals and entities that have to- shown a special dedication in the promotion and support of grassroots sport. They were honored by the City Council of sa Pobla, the Sports Association Manacor (fútbol sala) Football Federation and the Balearic Islands, award which picked up its president Miquel Bestard.
