SPAIN-. It's triple world champion, European medalist, Olympic champion sub, is married to famous otro taekwondists, Juan Antonio Ramos, Palma de Majorca and all the idolatrous. Eg "the amazing" Brigitte Yague, This sport supernatural. Do not miss their interview.

M.T-. First of all my greetings and congratulations. You keep surprising the world of Taekwondo. A life full of achievements. How do you feel after achieving the Grand Prix?

B.Y-. The really very happy because, after a long recovery that has taken me off the track during 15 months this title confirms Me estoy fully recovered. After the London games there have been many changes in my life. During 15 years have been in the CAR of Sant Cugat training with the Spanish team after the games and decided to return home ( Palma de Mallorca) and be with family, friends and my husband. My time in the CAR was over or that was what I felt flattered and very much back home, this was a big change in my career.

My big motivation during these months has been in the hands of Juan Antonio Ramos, which flattered me very much because it is one of the best coaches in the world and that's what I think. This medal confirms to me that we are doing the job well and I can continue near home preparing any championship. Juan Antonio and also now we're together and that's a big moral and personal support for my.

M.T-. Achieve a major victory by defeating the Korean by a hefty margin in the final match. However, preliminary had a tough encounter with the Brazilian. How do you observe the development of the tournament?

B.Y-. The development of the tournament was very positive meeting because the meeting in the early rounds were difficult because the opponents they played me make a very different taekwondo which I'm used to fighting, is difficult to compete with someone who beats you in high especially when the curtains are rinks that's a disadvantage for you are lower as we cancel the side outlets and that complicates the development of combat much we could do with such competing. I raised the fighting tactically very well and I think that was the key to victory. The score does not matter when you see these overalls reaching repeatedly and you do not get to reach the power, the key was not despair and keep trying no mistakes and that's what I did in those fights.

The fight with the Korean was different because she has a very similar fighting mine, the winning start in the first assault helped me to get the following. The truth that I wanted to face the Korean in the final because he knew that would be a nice battle and outside the net I think it was one of the best championship finals because taekwondo was that everyone liked.

M.T-. After two outstanding results place you in 2 large scale end. What's your time in the future. As far briguitte think may surprise Taekwondo community?.

B.Y-. For the truth I do not know, I realize that I'm more and increasingly I find it harder to recover injuries and especially recover between fights but as follow up to the podium to keep training and dreaming Rio games 2016. My body will be directing me towards my retirement but are not already asking me.

M.T-. In the world there are extraordinary competitors in your division. As China's Wu Ji could you overcome past opportunities. How do you feel about re-face at some future?. Is it a challenge for you?

B.Y-. Wu Ji China for me is one of the best competitors to which I have faced throughout my career, has amazing quality as well as being very competitive, this is what makes it different from the others and I love it. I'd go back to face her because to me she is the best in this category. , plus the Olympic final was not one of my best fights and that stuck with me so for me is a challenge back to face her.

M.T-. Tell us, what is the part of training that you like, and what you find annoying?

B.Y-. The training part I like is when work speed and set-up for a major championship and that annoys me most is when working resistance.
M.T-. Between Taekwondo conventional bibs, and new technology, Which one do you stay?

B.Y-. On the one hand I'd take the conventional part because for me it is a much nicer taekwondo, very fast movements and tactical combat more active but otherwise technology has been a major breakthrough in our sport and it has been shelved subjectivity so I stay with the technology but I do not like the way to compete that you are using.

M.T-. What technique has been your brand from your point of view, because at some point you were really extraordinary with double bandal. What have you had to improve with the evolution of Taekwondo?

B-Y-. I think the technique that has worked over me was the counterattack bandal chagui, if it is true that the double bandal has been another very characteristic technique on me but the most effective in the important moments was the counterattack. I had to change many things about all work much more front leg and face actions.

M.T-. You are a really important athlete because your accomplishments are not as easy to imitate. What has motivated you both to be like a phoenix that always reinvents.

B.Y-. I love to compete, enjoy within the track and that's what pushed me to move forward, I have to also say that I am very competitive and because of that I still always training to 100% to try to win every championship.

M.T-. And how wife, Housewife crave what? How do you look at 5 years old?

B.Y-. What I want most is to be breast, I love children and my husband, Juan Antonio Ramos, and I look forward to that experience. In 5 years I see myself with a couple of babies with my husband, Juan Antonio Ramos, and with our new Club taekwondo growing year after year.

M.T-. For us it is a great pleasure to follow you and to have you as an international reference. Thank you very much.
